We are a family owned company specialising in home health care since 2002 and aim to provide the highest standard of home care services to our clients. Our point of difference is our caregivers are diverse, multicultural and many of them bilingual. We provide caregivers who can communicate with the care recipient and family members in any language. If multicultural communication is a concern, you can be confident that Eremea speaks your language.

Our caregivers are dedicated professionals who excel in patient care and work with elderly people who would prefer to remain at home instead of going into residential care. Additionally, we can help to care for recipients of all ages, from children with special needs to the elderly, enjoy a higher quality of life, by allowing them to keep living at home where they want to be.

Each patient has a unique set of care needs and therefore the exact cost of care must be determined after an initial free in-home care consultation with one of our case managers. We can tell you, however, that our rates are competitive. Please give us a call or simply contact us online and one of our client care managers will contact you soon to discuss our services.
Part of our service is being able to match the right caregiver with the personality of your loved one. We cover this topic during the initial interview so we can get a head start on selecting the right caregiver. We are very good at building relationships and organise “meet and greets” to ensure you are placed with a support worker you are comfortable with.
We have a continuous supply of excellent, caring caregivers that are ready on a moments notice in case of sickness or emergency. We certainly receive advanced notice of any holiday requests, so that is not usually an issue.
That depends on your schedule. We will meet with you for an initial interview to assess your needs. After we fully understand what you are looking for, we can place a caregiver within a very short period of time (usually 48hrs or less). We are continuously interviewing, qualifying, and training caregivers to be sure we can meet your particular needs.

All of our caregivers are carefully interviewed, screened, and background checked prior to becoming part of the Eremea family.

Attention is given to the overall personality of the caregiver during the hiring process. Only those caregivers with that special “soft touch” sensitive type of personality are considered for hiring.

People who live alone and need additional help with their daily living activities and want to stay at home rather than being institutionalised or live with relatives. In other cases, it could be people whose family caregiver needs a respite or time off from their care giving responsibilities.
